This is our top priority. We provide a specialized shipping kit with a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label from a reputable carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS). Your item is insured for its full replacement value and is tracked every step of the way to our secure, monitored facility.
In the extremely unlikely event a package is lost, it is fully covered by our insurance policy. You would be compensated for the full appraised value of your item.
Only our in-house, certified master jewelers with years of experience will handle and repair your items. Each jeweler goes through rigorous training and certification processes.
Timeline & Quality
Most common repairs are completed within 5-7 business days after you approve the quote. We will provide a specific timeline with your quote. Complex restorations may take longer, but we'll keep you informed throughout the process.
Yes. We are proud of our craftsmanship and offer a 12-month warranty on all repairs, covering the quality and durability of our work. If anything goes wrong with our repair within this period, we'll fix it at no charge.
While rare, if we determine that a repair isn't possible or advisable, we'll explain why and return your item at no charge. We'll never proceed with work that could damage your piece further.
